Giving Iran nuclear weapons would be like giving a serial killer pick of the litter by way of example. If Iran were to become armed with this potential for death, where would the restraint be? Who would stop them in their maniacal quest for world domination and implementing the way of Islam? But one of the questions that has failed to be answered adequately to my satisfaction, is; why do they need nuclear anything? Another problem is their inherent hostility towards Israel! If they were to become armed with nuclear weapons; what would be their primary target? Israel? Secondary target; America? If these people were not constantly and consistently hostile, perhaps this could be considered.
So; who is behind the push for nuclear reactors? The Iranian religious leaders; yes-no-not sure, it does however appear that Iran has a lunatic it the mix. But there is always a solution to these kinds of loose cannons. How about consulting someone experienced in pest control to solve this WMD problem?

Who is this Amit? Meir Amit, is a former director of Israel's Mossad intelligence agency. Now this is where you go if you want the job done right! Should we even have this kind of thoughts? We should however consider the consequences of allowing radical unstable Iran any nuclear capabilities. What would be the advantage overall? Would it improve their economy? No-it’s not like they are not competing for any positions in the manufacturing sector are they? What is their main export product; Oil, terrorism, beheadings, saber rattling, insanity et al?
Iran should not be allowed to have anything more than a pile of coal and some shovels for their power necessities. How far can they throw coal? Toss a shovel full and kill someone in Israel, not possible with limited projectiles! This is my point overall, they can’t kill with limited resources! And Iran needs to be controlled by sanctions and oversight! And while you’re at it; send over a team of Psychiatrists and a whole plane load of Neuroleptics. Neuroleptic drugs have gradually become promoted as agents with a specific "antipsychotic" effect on schizophrenic symptoms. After you listen to Mahmoud Ahmadinejad for a short time, you’ll see my logic in this!
